UNITED STATES RETURNS & REFUNDS

Reotemp stands behind it's products and will handle your return or replacement in a timely manner. For all returns, a return authorization is required. To obtain a return authorization please contact REOTEMP's customer service at (858) 784-0717 8am-4:30pm PST M-F or measureandtest@reotemp.com to begin the return or replacement process.  For customers in the United States, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping product(s) back to Reotemp’s factory. Upon inspection, if the product is determined to have defective materials or workmanship under normal use, then Reotemp will repair or replace the product(s) and cover the cost of shipping back to the customer.

RETURNS & REFUNDS FOR ADDRESSES OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES

For customers who have placed an order with shipping addresses outside the United States(including the use of a freight forwarder with a final address outside the United States), the customer is responsible for all shipping charges to and from our factory for assessment, repair and replacement.

AMAZON RETURNS AND REFUNDS

For products purchased through Amazon, please contact Amazon during the Amazon return period (typically 30 days). Amazon customer service can be contacted at (888) 280-4331 or start a return by going to your Amazon order history and selecting return. If the product is outside of Amazon's return window you can then contact us for assistance at (858) 784-0717 8am-4:30pm PST M-F or measureandtest@reotemp.com. Please have your Amazon order ID ready, this can be found in your order history or on your Amazon receipt email.
