When will my order ship?

Because most items are build to order, we typically ship orders within 1-5 business days. We ship using UPS Ground for all orders. If you require a rush order you will need to contact us directly. Please contact us directly at 858-784-0717 from 8am-4:30pm PST or send us an email at measureandtest@reotemp.com for any questions regarding order status or ship dates.

P.O. Box Shipping Policy

We unfortunately do not offer shipping to Post Office boxes.

PayPal, Apple Pay and most major credit cards are accepted for payment.

United States Returns & Refunds

Reotemp stands behind it's products and will handle your return or replacement in a timely manner. For all returns, a return authorization is required. To obtain a return authorization please contact REOTEMP's customer service at (858) 784-0717 8am-4:30pm PST M-F or measureandtest@reotemp.com to begin the return or replacement process.  For customers in the United States, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping product(s) back to Reotemp’s factory. Upon inspection, if the product is determined to have defective materials or workmanship under normal use, then Reotemp will repair or replace the product(s) and cover the cost of shipping back to the customer.

Returns & Refunds for Addresses Outside the United States

Reotemp stands behind its products and will handle your return or replacement in a timely manner. For all returns, a return authorization is required. To obtain a return authorization please contact Reotemp's customer service at (858) 784-0717 8am-4:30pm PST M-F or sales@reotemp.com to begin the return or replacement process. Upon inspection, if the product is determined to have defective materials or workmanship under normal use, then Reotemp will repair or replace the product(s). For customers who have placed an order with shipping addresses outside the United States(including the use of a freight forwarder with a final address outside the United States), the customer is responsible for all shipping charges to and from our factory for assessment, repair and replacement.

Amazon Returns and Refunds

For products purchased through Amazon, please contact Amazon during the Amazon return period (typically 30 days). Amazon customer service can be contacted at (888) 280-4331 or start a return by going to your Amazon order history and selecting return. If the product is outside of Amazon's return window you can then contact us for assistance at (858) 784-0717 8am-4:30pm PST M-F or measureandtest@reotemp.com. Please have your Amazon order ID ready, this can be found in your order history or on your Amazon receipt email.

Products Damaged in Transit

If your product was damaged during shipping or delivery contact, do not accept the package. The shipping carrier will then return the product to Reotemp and we will contact you. If you didn't notice the damage until after the package was delivered, contact Reotemp for a return authorization.

Pricing & Promotions

While we do try to ensure the pricing on our website is up to date, all pricing is subject to change without notice. Contact Reotemp with any questions. We reserve the right to deny the use of discount codes or disallow the use of discount codes in certain situations.

Reotemp respects the privacy of our customers and would never sell your information to a third party.  Our shopping cart is protected by a SSL certification and all credit card information is encrypted and processed by authorize.net, paypal, google checkout, or another trusted partner.
